Yes. Children can fly with Sky Runners. The minimum age is 2 years, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes. The maximum passenger weight is 250 lbs. Passenger weight information helps the team coordinate seating and flight preparation.
Please be ready at your hotel at the scheduled pickup time. If you expect a delay, contact the Sky Runners team as soon as possible so they can advise you on the available options.
Sky Runners flights accommodate up to 4 passengers per helicopter. Seating is coordinated before the flight based on passenger information.
Flights depend on safe operating conditions. If weather or operational conditions prevent your flight from operating, Sky Runners will coordinate a reschedule or a full refund.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full flight charge.
Yes. Please have your booking voucher ready before your flight so the Sky Runners team can verify your reservation during the pre-flight process.
