Agreement to These Terms

By using the Sky Runners website, contacting us regarding a reservation or booking an experience, you acknowledge the terms and conditions applicable to the service you purchase.

Specific booking conditions displayed during checkout or supplied with a reservation may supplement these general terms.

Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until the applicable booking process has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and passenger information when making a reservation.

Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on the website are presented in the currency indicated alongside the relevant experience.

The four currently presented Sky Runners experiences are:

The amount, inclusions and payment conditions displayed during the actual booking process take precedence for the reservation being purchased.

Passenger Information

Passengers must provide accurate information required for the safe and appropriate operation of the flight.

Sky Runners currently communicates a maximum individual passenger weight of 250 lbs.

Passengers may be required to provide weight information before the flight because helicopter seating and weight distribution are operational safety considerations.

Children

Passengers must be at least 2 years old to fly under the currently communicated Sky Runners flight information.

A minor must travel in accordance with applicable requirements and under the responsibility or authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Seating

Seating may be assigned according to aircraft weight and balance requirements, operational considerations and safety.

A specific seat therefore cannot be guaranteed solely on the basis of passenger preference.

Shared and Private Flights

Sky Runners flights may operate as shared experiences unless a private flight or private service has been specifically booked and confirmed.

Do not describe a reservation as private unless the booking confirmation expressly identifies it as such.

Flight Operations

Helicopter operations depend on weather, aircraft availability, operational conditions, airspace restrictions and safety considerations.

Sky Runners may delay, reschedule, modify or cancel an operation when reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Safety and operational decisions take priority over the planned itinerary or schedule.

Routes and Flight Duration

Flight durations and routes presented on the website describe the corresponding experience but may be affected by operational, weather, air traffic or safety considerations.

Minor variations should not automatically be interpreted as a failure to provide the booked experience.

Transfers

Where hotel pickup or another transfer service is included or confirmed with a reservation, guests must follow the pickup information supplied for that booking.

Transfer availability, pickup locations and schedules may depend on the specific reservation and operating area.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers must follow instructions provided by pilots and authorized Sky Runners personnel before, during and after the flight.

Behavior that creates a safety risk, disrupts operations or prevents compliance with crew instructions may result in refusal of service where reasonably necessary.

Weather

Weather conditions can change rapidly.

If Sky Runners determines that conditions are unsuitable for safe flight operations, a flight may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled.

Applicable rebooking or refund treatment will depend on the circumstances and the conditions attached to the reservation.

Cancellations

Sky Runners currently communicates free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled flight.

Third-Party Bookings

Reservations made through travel agencies, online marketplaces or other third-party booking providers may also be subject to the provider’s own payment, modification, cancellation and refund conditions.

Guests who purchased through a third party may need to process certain requests directly through that provider.

Website Information

Sky Runners seeks to maintain accurate website information. However, prices, availability, schedules, routes, operational information and website content may be updated when necessary.

The information confirmed for a specific reservation and the conditions presented during the booking process are relevant to that transaction.
